Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SMS Scheduler handles information, device permissions, and advertising services.
Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. Overview
SMS Scheduler helps you prepare SMS messages in advance, schedule reminders, and open Apple's native Messages interface with the recipient and message text prepared when you choose to send.
Scheduled message information is stored locally on your device. SMS Scheduler does not silently send SMS messages in the background. You remain in control of the final send through Apple Messages.
2. Information and Device Permissions
SMS Scheduler may request access to certain iOS features only when needed for functionality you choose to use.
- Contacts: Used to let you select recipients from your address book. Contact information selected for scheduling is used for the message-scheduling workflow and is not used by SMS Scheduler to create advertising profiles.
- Notifications: Used to remind you before, at, or after a scheduled message time, depending on the reminder options you enable.
- Calendar: Optional. Used only when you choose to add a scheduled item to Apple Calendar.
- Reminders: Optional. Used only when you choose to add a scheduled item to Apple Reminders.
You can allow, deny, or later change these permissions through iOS Settings. Some app features may not work if the related permission is disabled.
3. Scheduled Messages and Local Storage
Scheduled message data is stored locally on your device and is used to provide the app's core features, including:
- Displaying and managing your scheduled messages.
- Creating local notification reminders.
- Preparing the selected recipient and message text.
- Opening Apple's native Messages interface when you choose to send.
- Creating optional Calendar or Reminders entries when you enable those features.
SMS Scheduler does not use the contents of your scheduled messages, selected recipient information, Calendar entries, or Reminders entries for advertising.
4. Advertising
The free version of SMS Scheduler may display third-party advertisements provided by Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Eligible Premium subscriptions and the Lifetime purchase remove advertising from the app.
To provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising services, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate a device's general location.
- Device identifiers, including advertising-related identifiers when available and permitted.
- Advertising data, such as information about advertisements shown or viewed.
- App and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video interactions.
- Crash logs, diagnostic information, and app performance information.
The exact information processed by Google can vary depending on the Google Mobile Ads SDK version, device settings, region, consent choices, advertising configuration, and Google services enabled in the app.
SMS Scheduler does not provide the text of your scheduled messages, your selected contacts, Calendar entries, or Reminders content to Google AdMob for advertising purposes.
Google's handling of information is governed by Google's applicable privacy policies and advertising policies. You can learn more at Google Privacy Policy.
5. Tracking and Advertising Choices
Advertising behavior may depend on your region, device settings, consent choices, and the app's advertising configuration.
If a version or configuration of SMS Scheduler performs tracking as defined by Apple, the app will rely on Apple's required privacy controls, including App Tracking Transparency where applicable. You can manage tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
Depending on your location, Google or the app may also present privacy or consent choices related to advertising where required.
6. Third-Party Services
SMS Scheduler uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display and measure advertisements in the free version of the app. Third-party services may process information independently according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
This Privacy Policy does not authorize third-party advertising services to use your scheduled message text, selected contacts, Calendar entries, or Reminders content for advertising.
7. Data Sharing
Core message-scheduling information is handled locally on your device for the app functionality described above.
Separately, Google AdMob may process advertising-related, device, diagnostic, performance, and interaction information as described in the Advertising section of this policy.
SMS Scheduler does not sell the contents of your scheduled messages or your selected contact information to advertisers.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Scheduled message information stored locally remains on your device until you delete or modify it through the app, the app removes it as part of its normal operation, or the locally stored app data is removed from your device.
Data processed independently by Google AdMob is subject to Google's applicable retention and deletion practices. SMS Scheduler does not control Google's independent retention periods.
9. Your Choices
You can control many privacy-related features directly on your device:
- Grant or revoke Contacts access in iOS Settings.
- Manage notification permissions in iOS Settings.
- Grant or revoke Calendar access in iOS Settings.
- Grant or revoke Reminders access in iOS Settings.
- Delete scheduled messages from within SMS Scheduler.
- Manage applicable tracking permissions through iOS privacy settings.
- Purchase an eligible Premium subscription or Lifetime upgrade to remove advertising from SMS Scheduler.
10. Privacy and Deletion Requests
Most scheduled-message information is stored locally on your device, so you can normally remove it directly from within the app or by removing the app's local data from your device.
If you have a privacy question or believe SMS Scheduler holds information that you would like us to review or delete, contact us at thebestgameios@gmail.com. We can only delete information that is actually under our control.
11. Security
SMS Scheduler uses Apple system frameworks for Contacts, Notifications, Calendar, Reminders, and Messages-related workflows. Permissions are requested for specific features, and users remain in control of the final SMS send through Apple Messages.
No method of electronic processing or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we aim to limit access to information to what is needed for the app's functionality.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when SMS Scheduler's features, advertising services, third-party SDKs, data practices, or legal requirements change. When we make material changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
